Testing the hotglue

We used pinky seal (the pink mold on the table) as our first test option.

We glued it on the mold to see if the hotglue stick it on the mold but unfortunately the hotglue doesn't stick on to the mold, So we can used the hotglue for our project.

we put cork into the mold to make hotglue float on the water.

as you can see there the one with the cork fully cover with hotglue sink into the water because of the amount weight of hotglue but the other one stull floating because the hotglue wasn't fully cover the cork.
